Inventors of 4 Generations of Miracle Blades, Katie Williams and Peter Spiegel, began their journey in the late 1980s. I (Katie) was working as a chef in upstate New York, where I had the chance to use some fantastic knives and was absolutely amazed at the difference it made. We then decided to develop affordable professional-grade knives so that everyone could enjoy exceptional quality in their kitchen. Traveling to steel labs, factories and meeting with various experts around the world, we combined Peter's product expertise with what we learned about the fine art of creating the perfect balance between sharpness and hardness/durability in high quality German stainless-steel knives. We worked with Chef Tony to design and test these exceptional knives that never need sharpening!
